This Privacy Policy applies to the current iOS and Android versions of Morning Focus, as well as related official web pages and in-app web content.

• User-generated wellness records, such as mood check-ins, focus logs, meditation minutes, daily reflections, and preferences.

• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash data, diagnostics data, and IP address.
• Usage information, such as feature usage, page interactions, session activity, and performance data.

1.3 Location Information

• Approximate location: We may infer a coarse location from IP or network signals for features such as weather-related display or regional content behavior.
• Precise location (optional): If your device or browser grants location access, related web content or app features may use device geolocation. If permission is denied, those features may use fallback behavior instead.
• You can control location access in your device or browser settings at any time.

1.4 Device Permissions

• Notifications: For reminders, updates, and progress alerts.
• Photos / Storage: To save posters, quotes, and other generated images, and to select a profile image.
• Camera: To capture a profile image when you choose camera upload.
• Vibration / Haptics: For guided meditation, breathing, or focus interactions where supported.
• Permissions are requested only when needed by the related feature and may vary by platform, OS version, or build.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Morning Focus features and content.
• Personalize the user experience and remember user preferences.
• Monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for analytics, authentication, messaging, infrastructure, storage, or other operational support. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and applicable law.

4. No Third-Party Ads or Cross-App Tracking in Current Versions

• The current iOS and Android versions of Morning Focus do not display third-party advertising.
• The current iOS version does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
• The current iOS and Android versions do not use IDFA, Advertising ID, or similar identifiers for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect personal information.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
• You can request account deletion directly in the App through Settings > Delete Account, where available.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

9. Children’s Privacy

Morning Focus is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
